How the work runs across your properties
We start with access. Every property in scope needs read-only access to GA4 and Google Tag Manager for the diagnosis, and editor rights only once fixes are approved. We also need read-only access to the ad platforms. Finally, we need a view of the store or CRM you want the numbers to match.
Then we diagnose each property in turn. Every event, trigger and variable gets checked against what actually fires. GA4 gets reconciled against a source of truth, such as Shopify orders or CRM deals.
That diagnosis is our paid audit, scoped and quoted before it starts. You get a written findings report that names each fault. It says what the fault is costing you, and what fixing it involves. If you want us to do the fixing, we do it in your own containers. We prove each change against live data, and document what changed and why, property by property. If your team prefers to fix things themselves, the reports are written so they can.
At the end you own everything: the access, the containers, the documentation. Some clients stop there. Others keep us on as cover instead. Cover means someone who already knows the setup is there when a site changes, a campaign launches, or the person who built it moves on.
